Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy – EmotoDesigns

Returns

ALL ITEMS: SALE IS FINAL.


PRE-ORDER TIMES ARE ESTIMATED, NOT GUARANTEED. PLEASE BE PATIENT.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that both of the following conditions are met:

  1. The product is unused and in original condition

  2. You received an incorrect item (different from the one you purchased)

Return Shipping & Restocking Fees

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders canceled prior to fulfillment or shipment are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.

  • If a customer chooses to cancel an order before shipment, for any reason, this will be treated as a cancellation and will also incur a 25% cancellation fee.

  • This applies to all items, including pre-order and in-stock products.

  • Once an order has been fulfilled or a shipping label has been printed, it can no longer be canceled or refunded.

Chargebacks

Any customer who initiates a chargeback for a fulfilled order will forfeit 100% of the order value, regardless of the outcome.
EmotoDesigns reserves the right to dispute all chargebacks with documented proof of fulfillment and delivery.
